Senior Creative Director
Nick Grinsell

With more than 30 years’ experience in the creative industry and a founding partner of Red Door, Nick has directed campaigns and branding projects for a number of the world’s biggest financial brands. He has also developed marketing solutions and strategies for some of the UK’s most dynamic boutique asset management companies. Nick has a deep understanding of branding and brand development at every level.
While overseeing all creative output Nick is also Account Director. His knowledge of the financial services market brings strategic input and insight, from the briefing process through to the end result. Nick’s extensive experience ensures intelligent visual solutions.

Production Director
Philip Macve

Philip brings an unwavering level of attention to detail to every project. Whether print, digital, billboard or banner, Philip oversees each stage of the production process. Coordinating work behind the scenes, he ensures that all campaigns and creative output run smoothly, efficiently and on deadline. Philip liaises with and updates clients regularly, bringing together the many different components needed to deliver an outstanding final result. Clients have confidence in Philip’s flexible yet focused approach, knowing that their work is in safe hands, always.

Peter Straupenieks

A truly innovative thinker, Pete has been with Red Door since the start. He has developed creative concepts for use across all media channels and digital platforms. His solid understanding of financial marketing, the products and terminology and investor sentiment, informs and shapes all his work.
Pete’s ideas-led approach develops creative solutions that are both informed and persuasive as well as exciting, interesting and engaging. This combination has delivered award-winning results and outstanding levels of client satisfaction. His fresh and dynamic thinking is based in a logical and strategic understanding of each client’s goals and business objectives. Highly creative, technically skilled and client-focused, Pete sees and develops solutions designed to work.

Copywriter
Joy McKee

Joy has worked in financial marketing for more than 20 years and is an experienced and skilled copywriter. She is closely involved in every stage of each project, ensuring communication and messaging complement the visual direction. Joy has worked on many UK and pan-European campaigns in areas such as branding, advertising, video, digital projects as well as marketingstrategy and campaign planning. She is proactive in her approach, working closely with clients to deliver compelling copy for a clearly defined audience.
Joy started her marketing career in Luxembourg and brings an in-depth knowledge of the global markets and the investment world. Clients have confidence in her ability to analyse and interpret a complex brief, transforming it into clear and engaging copy.

Charlie Francis

Charlie’s the go-to guy for technical production. Tech changes every day; fortunately Charlie, our master of disguise, changes with it.
From HTML5 advertising to site builds, Charlie’s aptitude and passion for all things technical give our ideas a solid platform. It’s good to have a techie that understands what’s happening now, it’s great to have one that is constantly looking for new possibilities that could impact on our clients.
